Job Description – Data Entry Operator Company:

Position: Data Entry Operator
Department: Administration / Operations
Location: Nalasopara
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary: upto 20K (For fresher its 16-17K)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company records and software.
Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned.
Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification

HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in data entry or office administration will be an added advantage.
