To accurately and efficiently enter, update, and manage company data related to operations, inventory, and administration while maintaining high typing speed, accuracy, and strict confidentiality.
Perform high-speed and accurate data entry into company systems
Enter and maintain production, inventory, and administrative data
Verify, review, and correct data discrepancies
Maintain updated records, files, and documentation
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets within timelines
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
Assist in preparing reports and data summaries as required by management
Coordinate with operations and admin teams for data accuracy
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good typing speed with high accuracy (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Prior experience in jewelry/diamond industry is an added advantage
