Job Responsibilities:

Ø Managing Visitors Entry in Visitor Management System (VMS).

Ø Handling Gate Pass entries (Material Inward/Outward & Visitor Gate Pass).

Ø Checking and verifying employees’ attendance as per payroll records.

Ø Coordinating with HR/Accounts for attendance discrepancies.

Ø Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Ø Maintaining proper documentation and digital data records.

Ø Handling all types of data preparation and record maintenance as required by management.

Ø Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

Ø Experience in VMS handling, Gate Pass system, and attendance verification will be preferred but not mandatory.

Ø Fresher candidates with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Ø Detail-oriented and responsible in handling confidential data.
