Job Summary
Metro Plus Lifestyle is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / CRM Executive to manage customer and project data accurately in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, CRM software, and maintaining organized records while supporting the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain customer, lead, vendor, and project data in the CRM system.
Create and manage leads, enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and project records.
Ensure all CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for timely data updates.
Maintain digital records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and project documents.
Track customer follow-ups, pending enquiries, and order status in the CRM.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel sheets as required.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies before updating records.
Support management with administrative and documentation tasks.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, CRM Operations, or Back Office Administration.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, interior, or project-based industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of quotation management, customer databases, and sales coordination.
Basic understanding of MIS reporting and documentation.
