SAP Operator cum Billing Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a SAP Operator cum Billing Executive to join Life Care Logistic Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing SAP data, billing operations, invoicing, and administrative support. The position offers a competitive in-hand salary with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update SAP data accurately
Prepare and process invoices as per client and company norms
Ensure accuracy in billing, rates, and GST calculations
Identify and resolve data or billing discrepancies
Generate reports for internal teams
Manage digital and physical records
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams
Handle all data with strict confidentiality

Job Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma (Commerce preferred)
1–3 years experience in SAP operations and/or billing
Working knowledge of SAP, invoicing, and GST
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
