JD for Data entry Operator _GRant road (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

Enter purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally
Maintain accounting vouchers and records
Generate invoices, bills, and GST reports
Update stock and inventory data
Verify data accuracy before entry
Maintain files and documents properly
Prepare daily and monthly reports
Coordinate with accounts and admin departments
Handle basic MS Excel and office documentation work

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic accounting knowledge
Familiarity with GST billing and invoicing
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field
Tally certification preferred
0–2 years experience in data entry or accounts
