Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data before entering.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data security guidelines.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Review data for errors or missing information.
Generate reports and retrieve required information.
Assist in other administrative tasks whenever required.
Good typing speed (25–35 WPM or above).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)
Based on experience and company standards.
