Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain security guard joining data in company records.
Update employee details in Excel sheets and software.
Verify documents and maintain proper records.
Prepare daily and monthly data reports.
Coordinate with HR and operations team for data updates.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Maintain attendance and joining records.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain records properly.
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
