Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Department: Administration / Operations
Location: HP TELECOME INDIA LTD.

Accurately enter and update data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any identified
Maintain records of activities and tasks completed
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort and organize paperwork and documents before data entry
Ensure data security and confidentiality policies are followed
Generate reports and assist in documentation as required
Support other administrative duties assigned by the management
Good Knowledge of Telly, Advance Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
