Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all computer systems and terminals.

• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep computer systems running smoothly.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the IT department to resolve hardware or software problems.

• Keep a log of all technical issues and their resolutions.

• Update and manage database records.

• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Freshers can Apply.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
