DATA ENTRY OPERATOR – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position
Data Entry Operator
Job Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Prepare daily reports and maintain data records.
Handle basic computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Coordinate with other departments for data-related requirements.
Complete assigned work within given timelines.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Eligibility
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 18–35 years
