Data Input: Customer details, financial records, aur Reports ko software ya Excel sheets mein sahi tareeke se enter karna.
Data Verification: Entry se pehle data ki accuracy check karna taaki koi galti na ho.
Updating Records: Purane records ko update karna aur unnecessary data ko remove karna.
Data Backup: Daily kaam ka backup lena taaki data safe rahe.
Confidentiality: Company ki sensitive information ki privacy aur secrecy maintain rakhna.
Sorting: Files aur documents ko sahi tarah se organize aur file karna.
