Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete and accurate data entry of products in the software as per the given guidelines which includes but not limited to Product Code Generation, measuring & feeding of all filters/tabs, uploading images, appropriate entries in Categories/Right Keyword/Search Terms.

• Ensure the created product code is mapped with dBase system for further visibility at website.

• Locating right product at correct location in coordination with Store Department.

• Regularly checking of records maintain by other mates as per the given guidelines and corrective measures to be communicated.

• Uploading and revising the image of a product in case of any sort of modifications countered and shared by Purchase/Store Department.

• Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.

• Any other duties as and when directed by seniors/reporting managers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and transcription

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail

• Knowledge of Advance Excel is advantageous
