We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should be fast, accurate, and comfortable working with computers and spreadsheets.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with team members to ensure data completeness.
Handle scanning, filing, and record management tasks.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets).
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
Prior experience in data entry or back-office operations.
Knowledge of CRM or database systems.
Familiarity with office documentation processes.
