Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to accurately enter, update, and maintain legal and client-related data. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of information to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update client, case, and document data into internal systems

Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records

Verify data for accuracy and completeness

Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required

Handle confidential legal and client information responsibly

Coordinate with internal teams for data corrections or updates

Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good typing speed and computer proficiency

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of data confidentiality and compliance

Preferred Skills

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment

Familiarity with CRM or database systems
