Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data and records. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Freshers with the right skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records.

• Identify and correct data entry errors.

• Perform data validation and routine quality checks.

• Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.

• Handle documents and confidential information responsibly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.

• Follow company procedures and meet daily/weekly data-entry targets.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

• Good attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of data management and documentation.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to learn new software and processes.

Qualification

• 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience can apply.

Preferred

• Experience with Excel data entry, databases, ERP/CRM systems, or back-office operations.

• Knowledge of basic Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, and formatting.
