Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Salary may be higher based on knowledge, skills, and interview performance.)

Job Description

DISTIL Education is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily Excel work, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain records in Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

• Coordinate with clients through calls and emails.

• Maintain accurate databases and trackers.

• Verify and update operational data.

• Prepare reports and dashboards as required.

• Follow up with clients for pending information.

• Support the Operations Team with routine tasks.

• Ensure timely and error-free data management.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts, Data Validation, etc.)

• Strong MIS reporting skills.

• Good English verbal and written communication.

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Operations.

• Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge are welcome to apply.
