Key Responsibilities

• Enter patient registration, demographic, laboratory, and billing data into the system accurately.

• Verify patient information and ensure all records are complete and error-free.

• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and update patient information as required.

• Process laboratory test requests and ensure accurate data entry of test details.

• Coordinate with front desk, laboratory, billing, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Scan, upload, and organize patient documents and reports.

• Generate reports and maintain daily data entry logs.

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare data privacy policies.

• Perform regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy.

• Complete assigned tasks within defined turnaround times.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or healthcare organization.

• Freshers with excellent typing and computer skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and healthcare software (HIS/LIS/EMR) is an advantage.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
