Job Overview
We are looking for a Back Office Data Entry Executive to maintain and update liquor stock records for our Thane outlets. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering stock-related information into the government portal, maintaining records in Microsoft Excel, and ensuring that the physical/ outlet stock records are properly tallied with the online records. This is a pure back-office data entry and computer-based role. No field sales or outdoor sales activities are involved.

Key Responsibilities
 Enter and maintain daily stock-related data accurately in the designated government portal.
 Maintain and update stock records of liquor products received and sold at Thane outlets.
 Verify and tally stock details between outlet records, Excel sheets, and the government portal.
 Ensure timely and accurate data entry on a daily basis.  Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business and stock-related information.  Coordinate with outlet staff whenever clarification regarding stock data is required. Perform other routine back-office data entry and documentation activities as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
 Goodknowledge of computer operations.
 Basic data entry skills with good typing speed and accuracy.
 Ability to work with numbers and maintain accurate records.
 Goodattention to detail.  Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
 Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage.
 Fresher candidates can apply.
 Candidates with 6 months or more relevant data-entry/back-office experience will be preferred. Candidate Profile
 Age:Below 28 years.
 Should be comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
 Should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
 Should have a willingness to learn the government portal and companyspecific processes.
 Should be able to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive data-entry work. Salary Experience Fresher Salary ₹12,000/month 6 Months+ Experience ₹15,000/month
Important Note This is a pure back-office Data Entry position. The primary responsibility will be maintaining liquor stock data from Thane outlets, updating the information on the designated government portal, and ensuring that the records are accurately tallied and maintained.
