Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in company software, ERP systems, and Excel.
Maintain and organize records, documents, invoices, and other data.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Handle daily data entry and documentation work.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports and records.
Coordinate with different departments for required data and information.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic understanding of data entry and documentation.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Freshers can also apply.
