Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Inventory

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator – Inventory is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining inventory-related data in the system. The role ensures proper stock tracking, documentation, and coordination with the inventory and warehouse team to maintain data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily stock transactions (inward & outward) into the system

• Maintain accurate inventory records (quantity, batch, SKU details)

• Update stock movements such as transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments

• Cross-check physical stock with system data and report discrepancies

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, GRNs, and stock registers

• Coordinate with store/warehouse team for real-time stock updates

• Assist in stock audits and physical verification

• Ensure proper filing and record maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software/ERP

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic understanding of inventory/stock handling

• Ability to manage large volumes of data

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
