We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the Accounts Department in a textile manufacturing setup. The role involves accurate data entry, maintaining costing records, and assisting in data analysis using advanced Excel tools.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update costing data accurately into systems and spreadsheets
Maintain records related to raw materials, production costs, and pricing
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of entries
Generate reports and summaries for the costing team
Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
Coordinate with internal departments for required data inputs
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level)
Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP, formulas, and data handling
Good working knowledge of MS Word
Fast and accurate typing skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
