Job description:

We are hiring 20 male/female candidates for data entry and live customer chat support roles. The work primarily involves copy-paste tasks, managing online records, and assisting customers through live chat. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and have good typing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and copy-paste operationsRespond promptly to customer queries via live chatMaintain and update internal records regularlyEnsure timely completion of daily assigned tasksCoordinate with the team leader to meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

Male candidates onlyBasic computer and typing knowledgeGood written English communicationPunctual and disciplined with time managementPrior data entry or chat support experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Details:

Shift Timing: Rotational (Morning , Evening, Night)

Work Days: 6 days per week (Alternate saturdays are off)

Shift Duration: 9 hours per day

Salary: upto ₹14,000 per month
