Job description:

We are hiring 20 male/female candidates for data entry and live customer chat support roles. The work primarily involves copy-paste tasks, managing online records, and assisting customers through live chat. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and have good typing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and copy-paste operations

• Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat

• Maintain and update internal records regularly

• Ensure timely completion of daily assigned tasks

• Coordinate with the team leader to meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

• Male candidates only

• Basic computer and typing knowledge

• Good written English communication

• Punctual and disciplined with time management

• Prior data entry or chat support experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: Rotational (Morning , Evening, Night)

• Work Days: 6 days per week (Alternate saturdays are off)

• Shift Duration: 9 hours per day

• Salary: upto ₹14,000 per month

• Open Positions: 20
