Collect and enter tender and service contract data accurately into internal databases, spreadsheets and systems.
Update data records on a daily basis, ensuring all details such as tender numbers, dates, department, value and status are current.
Verify information for accuracy and correct any inconsistencies before entry.
Maintain electronic files, folders and document repositories in an organized manner.
Use MS Excel and MS Word to create, format and maintain reports, tables, summaries and logs.
Support extraction of information from PDFs, emails and other formats and convert into structured digital records.
Respond to internal requests for data and provide information as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data and documents.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Proven experience or familiarity with data entry tasks (preferred).
Knowledge in Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
Good communication (written & verbal) and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
