Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with SAP experience to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, updating inventory and stock transactions in SAP, maintaining records, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update warehouse and inventory data in SAP.
• Process GRN, stock transfers, material receipts, dispatches, and other warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
• Verify physical stock details against SAP records.
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with warehouse, stores, purchase, and operations teams.
• Track inventory movements and update records on time.
• Maintain proper documentation for receipts, dispatches, and stock movements.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned team for corrections.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
