Job Title: Metal Stock Tally Executive (Jewellery Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Metal Stock Tally Executive for our jewellery manufacturing factory. The role involves accurate tracking of metal movement across all production stages and maintaining proper stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily metal stock tally for gold/silver/alloy as per factory process

• Track inward and outward metal movement at each manufacturing stage

• Verify metal weight, purity, and balances during issue and return

• Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and finishing departments

• Maintain stock registers and Excel sheets for metal reconciliation

• Conduct daily/weekly physical stock verification

• Identify and report metal loss, excess, or discrepancies immediately

• Support internal audits and ensure proper metal accountability

• Ensure compliance with factory SOPs and security norms

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in jewellery manufacturing factory preferred

• Knowledge of jewellery production processes and metal flow

• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to work closely with production and accounts teams
