Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain daily production data in Excel/system records.
Collect jewellery items from karigars and hand over items as required.
Maintain proper records of items received, issued, and returned.
Update production status and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with production team members regarding pending and completed work.
Check quantities and item details while receiving or handing over jewellery.
Maintain daily production reports and assist in preparing MIS reports.
Identify discrepancies in records and report them to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of production-related records.
Follow company procedures for handling production records and jewellery items.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain records systematically.
Ability to work with production teams and karigars.
Responsible and organized approach to work.
