Data Entry Operator

JOB Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have basic computer knowledge and good typing skills. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the company’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into company databases and spreadsheets.

• Check data for accuracy and correct any errors.

• Maintain and update records regularly.

• Organize files and documents.

• Generate simple reports when required.

• Follow company guidelines for data management.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Basic knowledge with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Any degree / diploma / 12th pass.

• Basic computer course preferred.
