Position: Operations & Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing.
• Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and AMCs.
• Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, HR, and Admin for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Track purchase requests, deliveries, and vendor follow-ups.
• Support event arrangements and office administration activities.
• Maintain procurement and asset records.

Requirements:
• Graduate or pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to travel locally when required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
