Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Executive to input, update, and maintain accurate data across various internal systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data collected from multiple sources and play a key role in the smooth operation of our data services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into internal databases and spreadsheets.

• Collect, verify, and validate data from assigned sources.

• Perform data cleansing, standardization, and formatting as per project requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data security protocols.

• Collaborate with project managers and data teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy.

• Assist with basic reporting and data summaries as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
