Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain accurate data in the system. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in Excel sheets or company software
Maintain proper records and documentation
Verify data and correct errors if required
Scan, upload, and organize documents
Generate basic reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality of data
Coordinate with team for data-related work

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Time management skills
Basic communication skills

Qualification:

Minimum: +2 / Graduation
