We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into company databases and software systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Review, correct, and maintain records as needed.
Prepare reports and retrieve data when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data entry or administrative tasks.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or database management systems.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs).
