Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with experience in logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, including inward and outward entries, ensuring smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry related to inventory management (inward and outward entries)

• Maintain and update stock records in the system on a daily basis

• Verify and cross-check shipment details, invoices, and delivery records

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for data accuracy

• Generate reports related to stock movement and inventory status

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of logistics records

• Identify discrepancies and report them to the supervisor
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics data entry or inventory management

• Familiarity with inward/outward entry processes

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry systems/ERP software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills
