Job Summary
TVS SFL is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for its factory at Padi, Chennai. The role involves accurate data entry using SAP applications, handling documentation and writing work, and supporting administrative activities including phone handling.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in SAP applications
Maintain records related to factory operations and materials
Perform writing and documentation work as required
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Handle with client incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
Coordinate with internal departments for data clarification
Maintain files, reports, and registers properly
Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Any basic degree preferred
Basic computer knowledge fresher or experience in SAP data entry
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work in a factory environment
Experience : Not must but if may be is good
0–1 years of experience in data entry or office administration preferred
Freshers with basic computer knowledge may also apply
