Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in typing, have excellent attention to detail, and be capable of handling sensitive and time-bound data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, or databases from source documents.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

• Maintain data confidentiality and security.

• Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Retrieve and update data from databases as requested.

• Prepare and generate reports as required by supervisors.

• Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically.

• Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary data.

• Follow data program techniques and procedures for speedy and accurate entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry operator, typist, or similar position.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software/tools.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Good command of English and basic communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems, ERP, or custom databases.

• Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
