Job Summary
A Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, typing proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data from source documents into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Update and maintain databases, records, and files.
Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports and retrieve information as required.
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify information.
Organize and manage digital and physical records.

Required Skills
