Position - Data Entry Operator – RMC

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter daily production, delivery, and billing data into company systems.

• Maintain records of concrete mix designs, batch reports, and dispatch schedules.

• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.

• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documentation for management.

• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Safeguard sensitive company information and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate/Diploma (Commerce/Computer preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good typing speed and familiarity with accounting systems.

• Prior experience in construction/RMC industry will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
