Roles & Responsibilities
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
• Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data updates
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
Mandatory Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling
