We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive with strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Advanced Excel, good English communication, and the ability to assist the sales team through efficient planning, reporting, and data management.
Track and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
Coordinate between sales, accounts, and management teams for smooth operations.
Support sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
Handle client communication and follow-ups when required.
Maintain accurate documentation, order records, and payment updates.
Provide insights and summaries to management for decision-making.
Assist in process improvement and ensure timely reporting of data.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.) is mandatory.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS, or operations.
Ability to multitask, analyze data, and present reports effectively.
Experience with ERP or SAP software will be an advantage.
