Job Title: Quotation Executive / Back Office Executive

Location: Ranigunj, Secunderabad

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who will be responsible for preparing quotations and coordinating with market vendors to collect product pricing. The role requires basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact market vendors to collect product rates and pricing details

Prepare quotations in Excel based on the collected information

Share quotations with clients through Email or WhatsApp

Maintain records of quotations and vendor details

Coordinate with the internal team when required

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Fluent communication in English and Hindi

Telugu language will be an added advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate based in or willing to work in Secunderabad
