Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator for the Store Department in our manufacturing unit located in G, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all store-related transactions and ensuring timely data entry in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of store inventory, incoming and outgoing materials in the system (Excel/ERP/SAP or other software).

• Maintain records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, Return Slips, etc.

• Update stock register and coordinate with storekeeper and purchase department.

• Ensure data is backed up and records are well maintained.

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

• Maintain documentation related to material dispatch and receipts.

• Coordinate with accounts and production teams regarding material movement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry software.

• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP or other inventory management systems (preferred).

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Attention to detail and record-keeping.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in data entry in store/warehouse/inventory management.

• Experience in a factory or manufacturing unit preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards
