Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update jewellery stock details in the system (gold, silver, diamond items).
Maintain accurate records of weight, purity, design codes, and pricing.
Record daily sales, purchase, and billing data.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and stock reports.
Maintain customer data and transaction history.
Coordinate with sales and accounts team for data accuracy.
Verify and cross-check entries to avoid errors.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Commerce preferred).
1–3 years of experience in data entry / accounts preferred.
Freshers can also apply with good computer knowledge.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of jewellery terms (weight, karat, etc.) preferred.
Good coordination and communication skills.
