Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain client and case-related information. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential legal data with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter client, case, and legal documentation details into company databases.

• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

• Update and maintain digital records on a regular basis.

• Scan, organize, and file legal documents.

• Generate reports and maintain records as required.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information.

• Coordinate with advocates and other departments for data updates.

• Perform administrative and documentation support as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills.

Eligibility
