Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update data accurately into company software, Excel sheets, and other records.

2. Maintain and organize customer details, sales records, purchase entries, stock details, and other business documents.

3. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

4. Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated on time.

5. Coordinate with sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams for data collection and record updates.

6. Prepare daily reports and update spreadsheets as required by the management.

7. Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.

8. Maintain confidentiality of company information and business records.

9. Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval.

10. Perform other data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic email and internet handling.

• Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.
