Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP/QuickBooks).

Handle accounts payable entries.

Maintain general ledger and reconcile balances.

Verify supplier bills booking and process payments.

Conduct daily bank reconciliation.

Manage petty cash and maintain proper vouchers.

Assist in preparing payment requests .

Maintain organized documentation of financial statements, vouchers, and payments.

Assist in GST, TDS, and tax filing preparation.

Support internal and external audits.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table/Google dashboards, Etc and accounting software (Tally/ERP)

Highlight discrepancies or unusual entries to the senior team
