Selection Process: 2 Round of Interview(F2F Interview+Machine Test)

Job Description:  Data Entry Executive will be responsible for Master data management by creating reports, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is a must!

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain and update sales, operations, and performance data.

• Create dashboards and trackers using MS Excel.

• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to management.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in MIS or reporting roles.

• Experience in sales or operations MIS preferred.

• Strong reporting and data management background.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven candidates preferred.
