Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our team as a US Data Entry Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in US recruitment and staffing and are open to learning through hands-on training..

Experienced candidates or those expecting higher salaries are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the US recruitment and bench sales team with day-to-day data entry tasks

• Upload and manage consultant profiles and resumes

• Maintain and update candidate information on ATS platforms

• Coordinate with vendors and candidates when required

• Follow up on post-interview feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable working with computers and online tools

• Open to learning and working in a fast-paced environment

• Prior internship exposure (if any) will be an added advantage
