The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of financial, accounting, and operational data related to purchases, sales, inventory, payments, and statutory records. The role supports smooth financial operations in a chemical manufacturing environment, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document, organize and store relevant documents.

• Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files.

• Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials.

• Create and manage spreadsheets

• Checking the accuracy of all documents and information and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.

• Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.

• Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.

• Completing administrative activities such as filing, scanning, and printing as required.

• Sales/ Purchase Entries in Tally Prime.

• E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill.

• Bank Reconciliation & bank entries.

• Expenses & Petty cash Entries.

• Generation of Sales & Purchase Orders.

• Support data entry for GST records (sales, purchases, returns).

• Assist during audits by providing required data and reports

Job Requirements:

• Graduate- BCOM Freshers

• Hands on Tally, MS Office Word, Excel etc. (including fast typing skills).

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases.

• Great attention to detail

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
