Data Management Executive

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Management Executive to manage and update information in our database systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of our data entries and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. This role requires someone who is reliable, efficient, and can handle data with minimal errors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar position.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Experience with data sorting, filtering, and formatting techniques.

Ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables for data analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Google Sheets) and data entry software.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle and manage confidential information responsibly.
